By car :
coming from Paris via A10 (total trip is 2 and 45 minutes), take the exit #18 (Château Renault/ Amboise).
Head south (to your left) on D31, follow the direction Reignac, Genillé or Loches for 48km.
Once in the Forest of Loches, take a left at the first roundabout at the “pyramid” (sort of obelisk) on the Route Georges d’Amboise.
Passing two more pyramids and a crossroads, keep driving straight ahead.
After another 5km, (still in the forest of Loches), take the D89 to your left for 750m.
Turn right on a small unpaved forest road towards La Frillière for 750m. Enter the car park (3rd property entrance on your left).
The entrance to the center is at the top of the parking lot.
Important notice : if you have chosen to arrive via Genillé, la Frillière is 6 km away from the village. Stay on the main road (D89), until you see «La Frillière/ La Migeonnerie» directions on your left on that hère aboie small unpaved forest rond that send you on an unpaved forest road.
By Train :
from Paris Montparnasse train station, get off at Saint-Pierre-des-Corps (55mn by TGV).
Take a rental car or a prearranged pick up for groups over 20 people,
or take the train to Tours and take the bus to Loches (from there you’ll need to arrange a pick up or take a taxi).
By plane:
Arrive at CDG, take the High Speed Train TGV to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps (trip takes 1 hour and 40 minjutes) or hire a car (count on a 3 and 1/2 hour drive).
Look also at flights that arrive at Nantes Airport. There are some that come from all over Europe, or Israel (49€), then take the train to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps or Tours as above or a rental car (2 and 1/2 hour drive to La Frillière).
It is likely that from 2021, Tours airport will have a significant increase in commercial activity. We’ll keep you posted when we get more information on that change.
